Payment Details

In consideration of me &/or my minor child being permitted to participate in the Summer Programs with Down Syndrome Association of Greater Richmond,  I hereby-for myself, my heirs & personal representatives, assume any & all risks which might be associated with this event. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting  my entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf,  further waive, release, discharge & covenant not to sue Down Syndrome Association of Greater Richmond, its officers, employees, sponsors,  organizers, consultants, volunteers or other representatives or their successors for any & all injuries or damages of any kind whatsoever suffered by myself &/or my minor child as a result of taking part in the above listed events & any related activities.

I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the above parties to use any photographs, videos, motion pictures, website images, recordings or any other record of this event taken of me &/or my minor child for any legitimate purpose.
